accepted buyers offer but no response from buyer

I accepted a buyers offer 4 days ago but have received no response from buyer. My account shows pending offer awaiting payment. I tried to contact buyer but cannot. When I try to contact via his user ID link I'm redirected to the eBay help page. I believe this is a scammer. I received the offer via what appeared an eBay email but no notification of it came through my account notifications.

The item will stay live until the buyer makes their payment. So someone else can buy the item if this user does not. Make sure that after four full days have passed you cancel the purchase using the "buyer has not paid" reason so they receive an Unpaid Item Strike on their account.
