Buyer paid after an offer was accepted by me (seller). Paid for this item including shipping. I prepared box and printed label. Buyer claimed was too high and that she was billed automatically for shipping which was my fault. I offered after a discussion to refund part of the shipping cost. She wants to cancel. I have shipped the item. Should I just refund part of the shipping?

When a best offer is made, it is for the item only, not shipping. This is stated on the page where the offer is made. If you have just printed the label and not taken it to the post office or had it picked up, I would cancel (buyer requested). Seems like this buyer is trouble. I would also report them for asking for something not in the listing (discount on shipping).
