Accepted buyer counter, but no payment or shipping info from ebay
On Jan 19, a buyer make a counter offer of $130 for an item we listed and it was accepted (screen shot available). Nothing further from ebay on shipping or payment. Nearly impossible to get any help from ebay.
Suggestions?

It sounds like the buyer didn’t pay … and that you neglected to cancel the transaction by giving the buyer a nonpayment strike, which you can do on Day 5.
The transaction timed out after 30 days … so you are free to relist the item if you wish. Good luck ! 🙂
