Accepted an offer for an item but it's still not showing as sold
Good morning and Happy New Year. I accepted a counteroffer for an item this morning and it indicates that I made the buyer the winner. However, the item is still showing in active listings and not in sold items. Why might this be? I tried to get an answer from the auto assistant but that went nowhere.
