Acceptable Purchase Cancellation?
A Seller accepted my counteroffer and I immediately paid. The next day I received a notification the purchase was cancelled due to "I'm out of stock or the item is damaged" and a refund was issued. The next day I see the Seller has re-listed the item within a dollar of my counteroffer they had accepted but more than doubled the shipping cost. Is this an acceptable Seller action? What recourse, if any, do I have as a Buyer in this cancelled transaction?
