Accept returns vs No Returns Accepted
We offer 30-day returns. Not free returns. I’m thinking about changing our policy to NO RETURNS. Will this affect my earnings?

I expect that WILL affect your earnings as you will likely sell less. Many many buyers will not buy from sellers who don't accept returns. Not because they want to return items, but because they don't want to hassle with sellers who don't want them to be happy with their purchases.

OP7 months agoThank you for the reply. I was referring to fees. Your point is valid. I buy many items via eBay, and if a seller does not accept returns, I’m either positive that what I’m buying is something with which I’m already familiar, or, I’m OK with re-selling it.

You didn't refer to fees at all in your post so not sure what you want to know about fees. However when you refund a buyer, you receive a fee credit for the amount of the refund.
No matter what your return policy is, it is null and void if the buyer opens an item not as described case (which a buyer may do to get around a no returns policy).
