Acceppting a return that ebay denied

I need to accept a return, eBay policy is denying it. The customer bought the wrong product, how can I get him his money back and get the product shipped back?

Why is eBay denying the return? Is the buyer asking after the 30 days from receipt money back guaranty time limit?

You should still be able to make a refund for up to 90 days from purchase but if the return was denied you probably cannot send a return shipping label through eBay. In that case you would need to purchase the label outside of eBay and send it to them. Most sellers use Pirateship and save the label as a PDF and send the buyer the file to print out and attach to the package.
