Abusive Seller Language
We have a serious problem with eBay and no one seems to want to help us. We received an anonymous tip from a seller that we had been blasted by a seller - trichemink - who we had never sold to or purchased from They used vulgar language regarding us on there "about" page. We have made over 20 phone calls to eBay, we only get the Philippines people by the way, and we have filed numerous complaints via the eBay website. Nothing has been done and this ugly language that was used by trichmink is still on there about page and not removed. If i had used that kind of language to a buyer or a seller, we would have been suspended immediately and our account put on hold. All we are getting is alot of lip service on the other end of the phone and nothing is being done to help us. What do we do now and who do we contact to get the help we need???

Mentor3 years agoTry asking via social media - post a private message on www.facebook.com/ebay or www.twitter.com/ebay You get a different set of reps there.
