Abusive feedback from seller
as a buyer, I left neutral feedback for seller because I felt postage charges were too high. The buyer gave positive feedback but was extremely abusive and made personal comments about me which I am sure must contravene ebay's policy. Although on the face of it it is positive feedback, the seller used all upper case letters and their abusive comments stand out like a sore thumb. I would like this feedback removed but cannot find a way to do it as ebay's remove feedback system seems to be angled at sellers not buyers and there does not seem to be an option to remove positive feedback, however abusive. Can anyone help please?
