Abusive email
how do I report a email message from a non buyer, (hasn't bought from me) for abusive message...there doesn't seem to be an option in messages

Mentor2 years agoIf you are using a desktop browser and the classic message interface (not the new chat-style version), then from the message page you should have the option to block or report the user that sent the message.

OP2 years agoI tried with Chrome and Firefox, I do not get an action option...just the Delete Archive mark as and move to...no Action tab..

Mentor2 years agoThe option only appears on messages from members. You cannot block or report messages from eBay.

Did they just start messaging you out of the blue? Was it about one of your items for sale?
Do they have a Feedback history and if so what is it like?

OP2 years agoYes, it was a criticism of one of my items description..called me a liar and was very offensive..

You have to click on the message and open it, the choices that @eburtonlab supplied are across the top of the page.

If you mean a message via eBay messaging then you add that member to your block list on this page: Buyer Management | eBay
