Abusive Buyer / Stalker / Scammer
Hi all I have a question. I have this abusive vulgar buyer that haunts my auctions. They have something against me for whatever reason. This buyer leaves negative feedback and has done so three times. This is the only negative feedback I ever received. What they do is buy my items under new account names. Then they get the item and complain about it. I know its the same person by what items they sell and the disorderly typing style. Its always the same. I have four names in my blocked bidder list and its all this same person.
This person is destroying my account. My negative feedback is unfair but never removed. I am not sure what to do as this person is a psycho. He even once threatened to bring my package back to my doorstep and makes various weird comments. This person is not only a royal pain but I am kind of afraid of their mental stability. I cant ever seem to get any help with this. Thank you.

You need to reach out to eBay's Trust and Safety Department, they are the ones who would deal with this for you. Have the four IDs handy and that department can see if the accounts are "Associated" (by name, address, IP address, other means).
If they find the accounts to be associated AND you have blocked them they can be shut down for a policy violation (opening or using a different account to circumvent a block).
There is no phone number to call and below is what we have been sharing with members for contacting eBay. Please let us know how it turns out, it may take a little while to get it done but eBay should be able to clean up your account for you as it relates to that particular person.
We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay. Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible. Chat or an email may be provided. If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box. You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.
