Abusive buyer policy

Question

My mailman is stealing/misplacing items I ordered. Tracking says delivered but it is not. I asked eBay for help thinking they would have more pull with usps than me. Now eBay is **bleep** at me for reporting missing items that show delivered.

Before you out and out accuse your mail carrier of being a criminal, you should have proof. Since criminals comb neighborhoods for packages and mail to steal, it could just as easily be stolen by one of them.

Alternatively, the package may have been delivered to the wrong address. If a package is scanned at delivery but you didn't get it, call you local post office to ask them to check GPS to see exactly where it was delivered. If mis-delivered, they should help retrieve it.

@cpunuts You will need to pursue the issue with your local post office not eBay. Neither the Seller or eBay has anything to do with the security at any address on file or misconduct but carriers and their staff.

I strongly suggest a camera for your porch or mailbox so when an item is scanned delivered but is not left by the carrier then you will know for sure. Once you establish that what you think is happening is actually happening contact your local Police and report it.

@cpunuts You must contact USPS immediately and report your mail carrier's felonious criminal behavior. Ebay does not have any interaction with USPS.
