That will not do anything with regard to the Seller's account, meaning eBay will not take action. Certain things Sellers do and don't do might be able to be reported on this link: Report an issue with a seller | eBay

OP4 months agoIt doesn't give an e-mail or associate to talk to about verbal abuse ,it only talks about returns and the basics
