Above standard to below standard seller

Question

I went from above standard seller to below standard in one month. I dfon't see why. Can anyone help?

As Mentors, we are unable to look at your account details.

If you look at your Seller Hub or Dashboard, you will see your selling metrics. That will show where you stand with canceled sales or late shipments.

All Sellers are evaluated on the 20th of each month. In your Seller Hub, eBay will show your Current and Projected Seller Performance level.

Once you are Below Standard, it will have a major impact on your selling. It's very difficult to recover from that, but not impossible.
