About the monthly list quota
My store can list 1,000 new items for free each month, but today is the first day of this month and I haven't listed any items. My limit has been reduced from 1,000 to 984. Why? Thanks!

Likely because a few of your GTC listings renewed today. Remember you also have 10,000 additional free listings in specific categories, in which you do post in.
I suggest you Use your Seller Hub as you can get all the info there on how your listings are renewing.

You can go to your Active Listings in the Listing Tile, click on the icon that says ALL FILTERS just above your list of listings. Then click on the + to the right of the word Status. It will tell you how many listings are renewing today.

Then there is the info in the Promotions tile that is very useful too.

OP1 year agoThanks for your reply. I currently have 4800 listings, which means if they all need to be renewed, will I exceed the 1000 free quota and have to pay for them?

Mentor1 year agoEbay has two types of listings. Auctions and GTC [good till cancelled]. GTC listings renew every 30 days until the seller sells the listing or closes the listing.
If you look at the tile in your Seller Hub for Promotions that I gave you a screen shot of in my earlier post. You will see where you are at all times with your free listings. And don't forget about the 10,000 free listings you have in select categories [I mentioned this earlier too] as you do post in some of those categories.
