About report and fine
Hello. I sell the refrigerator marked "pickup only". Some client buy and texted me, that he will cancel it because it’s not delivered. And he complained about me to eBay and I was fined for $10. how can this be corrected?

Mentor2 years ago@kris_0671 I don't think you were "fined" that's the sellers fees. You need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address from the drop down menu next to the sold item then you will get your sellers fees back. EDIT TO ADD>> There's no way for a seller to have eBay fine you, they were lying.
You can report the buyer for asking for something that was not included in the sale, in this case shipping>
Report buyer> https://spd.ebay.com/RBASellerHub Buyer demanded something that was not offered in my listing> Requested a shipping service I don't offer or to ship to an address other than what eBay provided
Add the buyer to your blocked list> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
Adding that if you relist the fridge you REALLY need to take photos of the actual fridge and not use stock photos as they are misleading even though you say it's used. It looks moldy in the one photo. Clean it well with soapy water and baking soda.
