About refunds

Does anyone know how I can contact eBay staff? Since I bought a product and they were going to refund my money but it's been almost a month and I haven't been able to see my refund in my account
Hopefully someone can help me

If your case has not been closed due to inactivity, you can request that Ebay step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
