I am Dina Zavulunova i am 20 years on ebay but if something wrong ebay newer help me i call paypal they help me but now i dont have paypal , Now i am in hospital ebay dont want to help me even they know that my money was steal from Kuveit automaticly i cannot do anything seller close and blocked me so you asked me to write for her how if she blocked me i wrote letter for my family that ebay did me upset that i am now in I C Q with hardattack and hight blad presser if something wrong you will be fold i told to my doctor , he said to apply court i have all information about how you work 10 times i wrote nobody help all the same i need full refund and i will close my ebay account and i will write for all places facebook on instagram twitter peoples have to know if something wrong you newer help so please i need refund full and i will write dont buy from ebay

There are time limits on the eBay Money Back Guarantee that an eBay agent can not extend.
You have only 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request AND 30 days from the date of delivery to file a return request for most items for an item that is not as described.
If it is too late for an eBay refund request then you need to contact your payment method and file a chargeback if the item didn't arrive or is not as described.
