About how to reactivate my account
Hello everyone, I just regime’s my personal seller account and updated banking/address information this morning and list my first item. Then it got took down immediately cuz my account is “suspended “
in the email it says go to Help& Contact and select Contact Us, after talking with the chatbot it didn’t give anything useful,Im only guessing its bcuz I haven’t submitted enough information.

OP2 years agoHi, thanks for replying. I am an individual seller from China and when i register I already submitted all the ID/bills/debit card details. I also went to "getting paid for items you've sold", and it has a banner that says "
Your payouts are currently on hold because we need more information to verify your account.
You can submit this information by going to the notification we sent you in Seller Hub. We also sent you an email with more information on what to do next. You'll find this email in Messages in My eBay.
Your payouts will be made available once we verify the submitted information. We appreciate your patience during this process." I went into both links and theres nothing helpful in there, the email didnt give clear instruction on how and where do i submit more information required either.

Sorry I did not check the country you are registered in.
You will need to sign out of the ebay.com website and sign in to the Ebay China website >
https://www.ebay.cn/
in order to provide the required information for sellers registered in China.
