I returned an item back to the seller, I still have a copy of the return label and proof of drop off at the shipper but yet I have not received my refund and the case was close by eBay even though I have proof. So what gives here? This is the first time in 20+ years that this has happened to me. I think the seller is not being honest about this so should I continue to pursue this as it is under $20? Maybe this seller has done this before with other buyers and will continue on with this kind of action, which gives ebay a bad rep. I had contacted eBay on this matter and they assured me that I will get a refund but I did not. I am at a lose in many ways and not happy

Mentor5 months agoDid you get an acceptance scan from the clerk for the returned package? Does the tracking show Delivered back to the seller? If so, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the returns request and click Ask ebay to step in when it shows up, to force the refund.
