Ability to Withdraw Funds

I think I am missing a tab on my seller page. I do not see an option to withdraw funds that are available. I added my debit card for faster transfer options, but I cannot find any tabs or links to actually get my funds to my bank account. I would appreciate any help.

You don't withdraw funds, eBay SENDS them to your bank account. You select a Payout frequency on this page below the blue Available funds section. Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
