A violent buyer wished harm to me and my family because I don’t have a card in stock
He stated he wished I’d loose everything in a flood and that he hoped I’d be put out of business.

People wish all sorts of things. However most people who have thoughts like that are smart enough to keep them to themselves...
The buyer doesn't deserve any space in your head. Add him to your blocked buyer list here and move on.

In your title, you called the buyer violent. You haven't posted any evidence of violence (only a wish for bad karma), but if there was any actual threat of physical harm, then that should be reported to the police.
