One of my clients said they didn't receive the package. So we refunded the money to them. But then they found the package again. So I would like to ask how we can get the money back.
If you refunded through a not received claim and tracking showed the item not delivered at that time and was subsequently delivered, eBay will detect that and reimburse you.
If you refunded even though the tracking showed delivered, you will need to arrange repayment with the buyer. The easiest way would be to send a PayPal invoice - ask the buyer for their email address. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you and the buyer can agree on Venmo, zelle, paper check, etc.
