A vendor sent me a broken item
I got it for a friend I was helping I took the old one off want to put the new one on and found out that it was bent and it was broken and wouldn't work to open the trunk so I immediately took pictures of it sent the pictures to the vendor he told me to send it back I want to send it back the next week and I guess a week or two went past the return period which is **bleep** I believe you should be able to return it at any time because some people are busy and can't always do things that quickly and eBay has never helped me once with anything that I've complained about and they actually let somebody steal money from me one time without even sending me an item eBay is a piece of crap support system they're 100% back guarantee means nothing because they never honor it! So does anybody else have problems like this with eBay?

OP2 years agoIf the sellers are late sending a product they don't get punished or anything like that but when we're late sending one back we do they protect their sellers more than their buyers which without the buyers they wouldn't even have a business I think it's a bunch of **bleep**!
