A Terrible Experience with an Agent on Chat!
When I was paying my Credit Card payment today there was an additional charge for $16.10 that I know I couldn’t account for. I checked all of my purchases that showed up on my eBay account and there was nothing for that amount. I always keep a thorough record for every transaction and purchase, and pay the total incurred every month. In all of the years I have made purchases on eBay this is by far my worst experience. Now my Credit Card Company needs to issue me a new card even though I don’t think there is a case of fraud for someone using my credit card. Trying to contact eBay is w horrible experience and cheating with a representative is worthless.
