A sold listing erroneously reports that it doesn't ship to a location.
I used a previous listing template and did nothing (knowingly) different from the hundreds of others I've done. This one tells the buyer that I don't ship to Chicago. How can I solve this issue? TIA GS

Mentor3 years agoLocations within the US can not be excluded form shipping, other than AK & HI, and PO Boxes.
The item you sold today does not have shipping specified. You can send the buyer an invoice with shipping and then he can pay for his purchase. If you don’t know what to charge, use the calculator to find the cost.
