A severely damaged was delivered

Hi. Frequent Ebay customer here. today I received a damaged solar panel item. how do I initiate a replacement/return?this is the first item I have received severely damaged. thanks. Warren

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.

@nofing_2 go next to the purchased item and click on 'return this item' then choose 'arrived damaged' for the reason
