Problems with fit is not covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, so if the seller has a no returns policy, they were allowed to deny the return request.

Mentor2 years agoIf an item is not as described, and the buyer files a "not as described" case within thirty days of receiving it, the seller has the option of refunding directly without a return, or providing a prepaid return label or paying for return shipping and refunding once the tracking shows delivery back to the seller. If the seller does not cooperate, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.

Do not choose "does not fit" as the return reason if the item is "not as described". That is primarily for clothing and is considered a "remorse" reason.
