a seller who won't complete the transaction
I ordered a very pricey piece of equipment from a buyer and at first it went great but then each item delivered was incomplete and I have asked for 3-months for them to complete the transaction by sending the charger for the equipment and all I get is lip service "I'll do it right away", "I'll do it today". I have written to him several times over the past 3-months and now feel he is just ghosting me.
How do I get him to send me the one last piece of equipment he owes me.
