A seller who is a thief and Ebay not responding---what do I do?????

robinathome took payment for an order, tells me that she has lost the items, she has taken the payment, eBay isn't responding, and I don't know what to do!!

Sellers do not "take" payments. Buyers pay Ebay for their purchases.

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in the Order Details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
