A seller using my address
Hello,
I have been receiving returns for products from possibly an ebay seller using my address to sell items on ebay. This seller does not live here and we have been receiving returns to this seller for over two years. Can anything be done about this seller using a fake address to sell items on your site?

Contact customer service and tell them that this seller is using your address for his returns.
The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay www.twitter.com/ebay
To speak to customer service, use the link on the right side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
I would also mark the packages return to sender and put them back in the mail without opening them. This will bring complaints from the buyers - multiple complaints are a good tool for getting an issue resolved.
