A seller threatened me need to speak to an agent
A seller told me she has all my information about where I live.
She threatened me over 36$ she had to give my money back

What kind of a threat was it? Bodily harm? Criminal activity at your residence?

If you filed an official eBay return claim and the Seller has to refund you that is their problem, not yours. eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
