a seller that ebay says is in New York New York but turrns out to be in annother country
Ebays ad says a seller is in New York, New York but turns out to be in another country causing a delay in shipping and has to go through customs possibly causing extra charges and fees. How do you report this to Ebay and does this cause concerns that it may be fradulent? How does anyone else deal with a situation like this?
