A seller sold me and IPhone 13 pro max that can not be used..

Question

I've bought this iPhone locked from the carrier which is ATT, The item description described that the device was locked but didn't told me that this phone is not able to be activated any more, I've requested the return to the seller but it was denied by seller it self. Any one can give an advice on how to proceed to get a refund in this case?

Did you specifically open an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED return? If so, seller must take the return or refund and if not on the fourth day you can have ebay step in to force a refund?

If you opened the wrong kind of return, you will have to open the correct one with the payment processor.
