A seller sent me a refund, eBay applied it to an expired card…what’s next.??
I have tried numerous Times to have eBay understand what happened. I bought a Toy cap gun, There was a miscommunication between me and the seller as I live in Canada. The seller refunded my purchase price, however eBay applied it to a expired credit card After many request, they still haven’t figured it out

Mentor8 months agoRefunds go back to the card you used to purchase the item. If you have a new card with the same bank/company, the refund should be rolled over to your new card. If not, you may need to contact Ebay:
