A seller sent a sports card without the eBay authentification
I purchased a sports card from a seller who was supposed to go through the eBay process for authenticity guarantee but instead sent it out off the system. I received the card but found it is highly likely a fake card as compared to a similar card that is graded by PSA.
Will ebay step in and help for a case like this? How can I return and get a refund?
