A seller selling diesel Fuel Injection Parts gave me all faulty parts. I returned the parts and now
CMP. The seller after 15 days finally reached back and is saying there is a part missing. Upon receiving the parts, pump, injectors Ect. and telling them it was defective, they offered me a 10% discount on over $1600. I further investigated and even called the Bobcat Mobile unit to confirm my findings. All of the parts were fraudulent or defective. The seller took so long I had to get my bank involved. My bank rejected the claim , and now I am stuck without any parts and zero refund because it is a business account!
The seller is ignoring me, and E Bay is basically telling me I’m on my own because I contacted my bank institution.
has anybody dealt with something like this?
i’m looking into the courts right now

Mentor1 year agoThis is how a returns request works:
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the item, file a Returns Request with Paypal if that is how you paid. Paypal accepts cases within 180 days from the transaction. As a last resort, contact your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
