A seller scammed me.

Hi everyone. I’m upset and don’t know what to do. I was scammed by an eBay seller; I received a counterfeit mobile phone and didn't realize it until nearly two months after the purchase. The seller refused to accept a return, eBay isn't doing anything, and my bank won't help either. What can I do to avoid losing my money?

I assume your "bank" was your funding source for the purchase right? If they will not help then you have lost your money. eBay allows returns for items that are not as described up to 30 days from receipt. Once you are past that you cannot use eBay for a return or refund.
