A seller on eBay listed a US city and state but the seller was from Brazil. He is being fraudulent.
i’m attempting to purchase an item on eBay, but I looked to make sure that the Ebay store had a US city and state and it did but after making the purchase, I discovered that even though it had a US city and state the country was Brazil. I’ve been trying to cancel this order for over a week with no response from Ebay nor has the seller shipped my item or listed a tracking number. Do I take it to my bank to fight the charges, or when will Ebay step in
