A seller later accused me of wanting the boots “for free†and reported me, which is not true
Hello,
I would like to clarify my side of the situation regarding the Tory Burch boots I purchased. When I received the item, it did not match the seller’s description or the condition shown in the listing photos. The soles and overall appearance showed clear signs of wear, even though the listing presented them as immaculate.
When I attempted to return the item, I uploaded photos to eBay showing the actual condition of the boots. I followed the return process correctly and acted in good faith.
The seller later accused me of wanting the boots “for free†and reported me, which is not true. I did not ask for anything outside of eBay’s normal return policy, and I have always communicated respectfully and honestly. I only canceled the return because my daughter liked the boots, not because the seller was correct.
I am requesting that my account remain in good standing and that my report about the seller’s inaccurate description and inappropriate comments be reviewed fairly. I have a long history of honest buying behavior, and I simply want the facts to be considered.
Thank you for your attention.he listing stated the boots were NEW, and the photos showed a pair in perfect condition. The item I received is used, with visible wear on the soles and creasing on the leather. This does not match the listing description or photos.
I am requesting a supervisor review because the first decision did not consider the actual condition of the item I received.
