A seller is using my pictures and documents to sell a car he purchased from me
Hi there, In this auction, https://ebay.us/m/s2DyD2 the seller is using pictures and documents without any implied or written permission that do not belong to him. The pictures and documents belong to me which I used to sell the car (August 2025) to the current owner/who is selling the car. Does Ebay have policy that does not permit this behaviour/actions of sellers? I would truly appreciate if Ebay would inform the seller of this misuse of pictures and documents that do not belong to them and have him remove all the pictures and documents that do not belong to him. Mentor8 months agoAlthough this may seem unfair but when you list an item on eBay the listing and its photos and information become property of eBay and they make these available to other users. So eBay will not do anything to the seller as eBay now own the rights to the listing information.
