A seller is using a picture of a card I’m selling, which they clearly don’t have

A seller is selling a card using the same picture I took and am selling. They are representing to interested buyers that the card is theirs which is untrue and in my possession. Also are trying to sell the fraudulent card for substantially less than market value. Any help on how to report would be helpful thanks

There is no policy violation for the seller using your photos. However, they are wide open for a returns request for Item Not as Described if the item the buyer received is not identical to the photo in the listing.
