A seller is harassing me through the phone now

I've had an issue with the seller on here. She left messages to me on eBay that were abusive and threatening. Told me I need to die and join my son who passed but she didn't say it in those ways. Then somehow got my phone number and proceeded to harass me and say horrible horrible threatening vile disgusting things about my child being dead she hopes the perfume Burns me to death so I can have a happy reunion with my child who had passed. I reported her to eBay four times. I reported her to the FBI for harassment and my local police and no action has been done I also want my money back because the item was defective. She went harassing and crazy on me because I left her a neutral review not bad but neutral I mean I was just honest and saying that the sprayer on the perfume didn't work and now I'm literally saving practically death threats I need to know what to do

First step for abusive message is to select the 3 dots on the upper right of the eBay message to report it to eBay
NEXT even though you are not a seller add the seller to your blocked list on this page>

This will stop the seller from sending eBay messages.
NEXT report the seller using this form> https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022
Suspicious seller activity> Seller sent threatening or abusive messages
Then say briefly what happened in the box, don't go into a lot of detail as bots read these reports.
You said the seller is contacting you by using your phone number too? Just block their number.
Sellers are provided with a buyers phone number when there is a sale. It is of course only supposed to be used if needed to complete the transaction.
Since you already reported it to the police, which would have been my last comment this all you can do.
eBay will NOT tell you what actions they take on the sellers account.
EDIT to add... the only feedback I see that you left are two negatives. It is always best to reach out to the seller first when there is a problem with the order. OR file a Money Back Guarantee refund request. Then once the case is settled you can decide what type of feedback to leave.

OP1 week agoOf course I left negative feedback! The one person never shipped the plate. I reached out 3 times. The lunatic lady harassing me I reached out to as well, explained everything.. and she offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Which didn't solve the issue of my perfume not working..ive reported her to eBay 4 times each time she harassed me. This is crazy that somehow I'm getting punished for giving HONEST reviews EVEN if it looks "bad" to the seller. If they are gonna go crazy, do good business so you do get positive reveiws.. it's disgusting that eBay does nothing to protect us from abuse. I even asked for a refund and they haven't done thar yet. After thus experience I'll never buy from eBay again. Nor will my friends and family. Thanks a lot for the help ebay.
