A seller does not respon me. I need help but I can't get help from ebay with a real agent

I bought a computer 7 months ago. The seller offered me one year warranty. I had written multiles times to the seller but they don't respond me. I am trying to get help with a real agent from ebay but I can't contact them. I don't know what I can do. Do you have an idea?

Contacting eBay will do nothing to help you. eBay's Money Back Guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item and is in no way a warranty. Manufacturers warranty items not sellers. Sellers can only help with warranty issues if they are an authorized dealer for the manufacturer. Sellers will usually place the manufacturers warranty information in their listings but may not be able to help you with any issues.

So you are past the eBay deadline for assistance and you are most likely past any help from your payment source which is usually limited to 180 days from payment.

eBay offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Manufacturers can offer warranties, but not sellers. I'm not sure what to tell you here, but there is no such thing as a one year warranty here. Maybe contact the manufacturer of the computer. Sorry.
