a seller cancelled my orders and said I didn';t pay. I asked for combined shipping with no response
What Can I do now? This has happened to me before and I don't see how to appeal anywhere

There is no way to appeal it unless you have proof of payment or proof of an emergency that prevented you from paying.
The seller was not obligated to provide discounted combined shipping. You were required to pay for your purchases within 4 days. before the seller could cancel the transaction due to nonpayment.

OP1 year agogot it... but...no response for over a week and then they say they will ship them right out in a message. I say...will you combine shipping and they cancel. So.... my fault for not paying...ok I guess technically. But buyers should be aware that ... oh...nevermind.
