A seller cancelled an order saying it was at my request but wasn't
I bought an item and the seller cancelled the sale, the reason was the buyer requested the cancellation which I didn't. How do I contact eBay about this seller or do something to get the seller to sell the item.

You can't force someone to sell something, but you can report him for lying about the reason for the cancellation.
On this page select violated policy - https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 then select doesn't want to complete transaction. In the box write 'seller lied and said buyer requested cancellation to avoid a defect for a seller cancelled transaction'.
