A scammer?
Hi, I'm N/A. I recently bought a product off this dude that I certainly trusted. The product I bought was a cpu, and it was used; so it's gonna be cheap. When I bought the product, it took 3 days. (I was happy and all, until the product arrived). When it arrived, I opened up the packaging which seems well packaged. [Please take note, the seller never included in the description that the pins were broken].
Soon I questioned the buyer about why he never included the broken pins part. Took him 2 days to reply, but he told me I was lying even though I sent him proof the the pins. He came up with the "Oh that's your old cpu. Quit trying to lie." Like are we serious? I sent him proof and it took him another day to respond. To no avail, I tried refunding, but he accepted it and wanted to refund me $1.... I asked him why did he do that, as I claimed I'd pay for the delivery fees and other things. Soon he threatened me.

File a Refund Request if you haven't done so already.

OP1 year agoI already requested a refund, but he accepted only refunding me $1. I declined it.

If your return request is still open, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you per my previous instructions.
