A sale
I am new to eBay, I just recently made my first sale and as a thank you to my first customer, I put a Freddy Krueger t shirt in the box of the nightmare on elm street vans that they purchased. I reached out to the customer to see if they received the package, in which they did. So I asked if they received the t shirt that I sent inside the sneaker box. They said that they didn’t. So that means the authenticity center took the t shirt unbeknownst to me and didn’t send it to them or let me know anything about it. I’m just trying to figure out why it is the shirt just disappeared? Can anyone help me with this?

Mentor2 years agoIf the Vans shoes were sent to the authenticator, you are NOT suppose to include anything else in the package, only the item to be authenticated. I do not know how you would contact the authenticator to get the t-shirt back.
