a QR code option was selected , but printing to PDF is now not formatted for 4x6 printers
On opening a new sellers account , the QR code option was selected , but I only printing to PDF on a 4x6 printers. The labels are now sideways and half the size, so I can't use my small label printer. My other ebay account is working fine. How do I turn off the QR code option in my preferences?

Mentor2 years agoWhen you go to print your shipping label, click CHANGE PAPER SIZE and you can then select the 4x6 size.
