A potential customer asked me to change shipping from USPS Advantage to USPS Ground.
A potential customer has asked me to change shipping from USPS Advantage to USPS Ground. Why would they want that? I can't see where 'ground' is an option in shipping choices.

Mentor6 months agoThe service is called Ground Advantage and used to be the old First Class Package Mail service. The post office changed the names over a year ago. The listings of yours that I looked at are all offering Ground Advantage service which is correct.

OP5 months agoThank you. I found through my shipping accts that the Ebay price was the best and the customer went with it.
I was out of the loop (Ebay related) for a number of years and am getting back with it. Thank you again for responding.
